Eligibility :
- Lab-grown diamonds can be returned or exchanged within 5-7 days of receiving the product.
- The item must be in its original, unused condition, accompanied by the original purchase receipt and all accompanying certificates, documentation, and packaging.
- Customized or engraved items are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
- Items purchased from our website may be returned or exchanged only through our online return process or by contacting our Customer Support.
Return Process :
- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Support at info@vabsdiamond.com.
- Our customer support team will guide you through the process and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN), which must be included on the outside of the package.
Return Shipping :
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, including insurance, to ensure the safe arrival of the item.
- We recommend using a secure and trackable shipping method to return the item.
- Returns must be sent to the address provided by our Customer Support along with the issued RAN.
Inspection & Process :
